This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to transactions conducted through the Murnosplex website for delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Because our logistics and support infrastructure are optimized for the local market, we do not extend these terms to any address outside of Hong Kong.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that our service area is restricted to this region and that all return arrangements, including item pickups, must occur at a valid Hong Kong address provided during the initial purchase.

Condition of Goods

To be eligible for a resolution regarding an incorrect or damaged item, the product must be in its original state. We ask that you keep all original packaging, including boxes, inserts, and protective materials.

  • Initial Receipt: Upon receiving your delivery at your doorstep, we encourage a quick visual check of the external packaging.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you find that the decorative item is physically broken or does not match the description of what you ordered, you must notify us at contact@murnosplex.com within the 30-day window following delivery.
  • Unused Status: Items must remain unused. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items that show signs of wear, assembly, or modification after they have been in your possession.
  • Change of Mind: Please be aware that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for cases involving a change of mind. We provide detailed descriptions of our items to help you make an informed choice before the order is dispatched.

Billing Details

We believe in a straightforward billing process that respects your resources. Murnosplex does not charge any restocking fees for the return of damaged or incorrect items.

  • No Restocking Fees: If a return is authorized due to a fault on our end or a logistics error, the processing of that return will not incur any administrative or restocking charges.
  • Refund Initiation: Since we operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not have access to your electronic payment details. In the event a refund is approved after our 24-hour inspection, we will reach out to you via email to request your bank transfer information.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your banking details, we initiate the transfer immediately. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration is subject to the processing speeds of individual banking providers in Hong Kong.

Statutory Rights

This policy is designed to supplement and respect your statutory rights under the laws of Hong Kong. We operate in accordance with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), which ensures that goods sold are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Furthermore, our data handling during the refund process; specifically, the collection of your banking details via email is strictly governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

We ensure that your information is used only for the purpose of completing the refund and is protected against unauthorized access.
