  • Regional Focus: We do not offer international shipping or delivery to locations outside of Hong Kong.
  • Excluded Zones: While we cover major areas, certain remote locations or outlying islands may have specific delivery schedules based on local courier availability.
  • Residency: By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address is a valid location within our specified service area. This geographic focus allows us to maintain our strict delivery timelines and provide localized support.

Payment on Delivery Protocol

To ensure maximum security and convenience, Murnosplex utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This protocol allows you to inspect the external packaging of your items before completing the transaction.

  • Exact Amounts: Because our couriers do not always carry extensive change, we kindly request that customers have the exact total amount ready in HKD at the time of arrival.
  • Handover Process: The courier will collect the full payment at your doorstep. Once the payment is received, the items are officially handed over to you.
  • No Digital Prepayment: We do not request or accept credit card details or online transfers during the checkout process on our website, which protects your sensitive data from online risks.

Dispatch Definition and Timelines

Understanding when an order transitions from our facility to the logistics network is vital for managing your purchase.

  • Handling Time: Our team requires 1 business day to pack and prepare your decorative items. This "handling" phase is where we ensure the product is secure for transit.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes another 1 to 2 business days. This makes the total delivery turnaround time 2 to 3 business days.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order at any time while it is still in the "Handling" phase. However, once an item is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the order can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled.
