Section 2: Payment Protocols

We utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions to ensure simplicity and security for our shoppers. When you finalize a purchase on our website, no payment is required at the digital checkout. Instead, the full transaction amount is collected in person at your specified doorstep at the time of delivery.

We believe in complete transparency regarding costs. There are no hidden fees, added taxes, or shipping costs applied to your order. The price you see on the product page is the final amount you pay to the courier.

Section 3: Shipping and Delivery Timelines

At Murnosplex, we aim to get your decorative items to your home as efficiently as possible. Our shipping process follows a structured timeline to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition:

  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed, our team requires 1 business day to pack and prepare your items for transit. This ensures that every piece is handled with the necessary attention to detail before leaving our facility.
  • Transit Schedule: After the packaging phase, the delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days to reach your location in Hong Kong. It means you can expect your item to arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Operational Days: Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the following working day.
  • Finality of Dispatch: As soon as the item is handed over to our logistics partners, the order is considered dispatched. From this point forward, cancellations can no longer be processed.

Section 4: After-Sales

Murnosplex prioritizes a smooth resolution for any issues with your order. We offer a 30-day window for returns, which commences on the date of delivery. To maintain transparency and meet regional standards, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with physical issues or is not the item you selected, notify us at contact@murnosplex.com. We will arrange a pickup from your Hong Kong address. This service is provided at no cost to you; we cover the return logistics entirely.
  • Inspection Period: Once the item returns to our facility, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 24 hours. This step ensures we understand the nature of the issue before proceeding with a solution.
  • Resolution Options: Following inspection, we will arrange for a replacement of the item. If the specific decorative piece is no longer available or the damage is beyond a simple fix, we will move forward with a full refund of your payment.
  • Refund Method: Since our transactions occur via COD, we do not have your billing records on file. We will reach out via email to request your bank transfer details. Once processed, the amount typically appears in your account within 5 to 6 business days, depending on your banking institution.
  • No Extra Fees: We do not apply any restocking fees for returns involving damaged or incorrect shipments. The price you paid at your doorstep is the amount subject to the refund.
  • Change of Mind Policy: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the product. We encourage you to be certain of your choice before finalizing the order.
  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order only while it is still being processed at our warehouse. Once the item is dispatched and enters the logistics network, the delivery must be completed, and the cancellation window closes.
